The Chairman asked the Revisor to brief the Committee on this bill. (Attachment 1) The amendments to this bill were discussed with Representative Dodson going over the balloon amendments that were handed out at the last meeting. Representative Dodson moved favorable passage of the amendments to HB2039, seconded by Representative Weigel. Motion carried. Representative Johnson then moved favorable passage of HB2039, as amended, seconded by Representative Dodson. Motion carried.
Chairman Ellis then opened the hearing on HB2210.
