Jason Thompson, Revisor's Office, provided overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 1)
Colonel Jared Magg, the State Staff Judge Advocate, provided testimony in support of SB292. He states this bill provides administrative updates to Kansas Statutes Annotated (KSA) Chapter 48 that governs the organizational and administrative functions of the Kansas National Guard. The administrative updates are long overdue. (Attachment 2)
