21-5934. Other remedies available as provided by law. The provisions of K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 21-5925 through 21-5934 and K.S.A. 75-725 and 75-726, and amendments thereto, are not intended to be exclusive remedies and do not preclude the use of any other criminal or civil remedy.
